Alekseev, Boyarchukov and Partners is one of the leading law firms in Ukraine, and is well-known on the market due to its highly professional experience of representing clients in questions of bankruptcy and debt restructuring, corporate management, litigation and settlement of disputes in courts of arbitration.
The history of the law firm began in 2005 when Sergey Alekseev and Sergey Boyarchukov founded Alekseev, Boyarchukov and Partners. A few years later in November 2014, Sergey Alekseev left the company as he was elected to the Ukrainian Parliament of this current eighth convocation as an MP, leaving management to his partner Sergey Boyarchukov.
Moreover, at the end of 2017 the company went through the biggest merger on the Ukrainian market. This merger was with the law firm Trusted Advisors, and it consolidated the experience of the two strongest judicial teams on the Ukrainian legal market while strengthening the company’s value to its market position in the provision of services.
Today, the company consists of 40 lawyers and is operated by Sergey Boyarchukov and five newly-appointed partners who are in charge of particular practices in accordance with their specialization in their own practices: Maxim Boyarchukov, Vladyslav Novakovsky, Artem Podolskiy, Vladyslav Rieznikov and Alexandr Tkachuk.
